For starters, our YouTube channel has undergone a name change; from “Can We Talk About Your WordPress Projects” to “Project Management for Profit.” Let me explain why.
Why the Big Shift?
For the past several years, our focus has been on helping a very particular niche: those of you who are knee-deep in WordPress projects. Whether you identify as web developers, designers, agencies, solopreneurs, website solution providers, or freelancers, we’ve had you covered.
The goal? To teach you how to manage WordPress projects efficiently, on time, within budget, and with features that perfectly align with your client’s business requirements—all without having to cut into your profit margins.
Change is Inevitable
But guess what? The digital world is ever-changing, and we want to evolve with it. Artificial Intelligence is gradually replacing some aspects of web development, but not all of them. The people who will thrive in this new landscape are those who focus on the irreplaceable human skills, the ones that AI can’t touch.
So, we’re widening our lens. The principles of effective project management apply universally, regardless of the web development platform you’re using. And that’s what we are going to focus on from now on.
